Acceptable Use Policy

AOVIS products and services may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

1. Privacy and Surveillance

You may not use AOVIS products to monitor, record, or surveil individuals without the consent required by applicable law. You may not place cameras where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy, and you may not use the system to stalk, harass, or track individuals.

2. Illegal Content

You may not use AOVIS services to upload, store, or transmit illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, or content that constitutes threats, hate speech, or incitement to violence.

3. Platform Integrity

You may not reverse engineer firmware, circumvent data metering or storage quotas, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with AOVIS infrastructure through denial-of-service or similar attacks.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in warning, feature restriction, account suspension, or termination. AOVIS may cooperate with law enforcement where necessary and permitted by law.
