Refund & Warranty Policy

AOVIS NEXA Prime 4K includes a 2-year limited hardware warranty and a 30-day return window for eligible hardware purchases.

1. Hardware Returns

You may return your camera within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if the product is in original condition, includes all accessories, and is accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact [email protected] before shipping anything back.

Amazon purchases are subject to Amazon's return policy.

2. Defective Products

If your product arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact [email protected] within 30 days with photos or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

3. Hardware Warranty

The camera is covered by a 24-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover unauthorized modifications, misuse, normal wear, or damage outside the stated operating conditions.

4. Cloud Subscription Refunds

Direct website subscriptions may be refunded case by case if you contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases must be handled through their respective platforms.

5. Cellular Data Plan Refunds

Activated cellular data plans are treated as delivered network service. Used, expired, or exhausted data plans are not refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused data or unused time after activation. If you believe a plan was purchased in error before it was activated on a SIM, contact support for review.
