Returns & Refunds

Returns and refund guidance is intentionally simple for launch. If something is wrong with your order, contact support first so the issue can be routed cleanly.

Return window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Before you return

Please contact support before sending anything back so we can confirm the issue, review the order, and provide return instructions.

Condition requirements

Returned items should be in original condition and include the essential accessories and packaging where applicable. Items showing misuse, unauthorized modification, or damage unrelated to normal delivery may be ineligible.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and reviewed. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and card issuer.
