AOVIS currently accepts and ships orders within the United States and Canada only.

Shipping availability outside these regions is not currently supported at launch.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. We aim to prepare and hand off orders within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This timing is a launch planning target and may vary during periods of higher order volume.

Final transit time depends on the shipping option, carrier performance, and destination address. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in order communications should be treated as guidance rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, customs review, holidays, or other events outside our direct control may delay shipping or delivery.
